Get Your Emergency Call Point Up and Running in Minutes
Choose the Installation Location
Install the emergency call point in a clearly visible and easily accessible location. For optimal accessibility, we recommend mounting it between 0.9 m and 1.3 m (35–51 in) above ground level.
Mount the Device
Secure the unit to the wall following the installation guidelines, then connect the power supply. No landline, SIP connection, or Internet access is required.
Test the System
A factory-configured test number is preloaded. Place a test call to verify that the emergency call point is operating correctly before commissioning.
Configure with ALERTHIS APP
Connect the device to ALERTHIS APP to configure the emergency contact number and remotely monitor its status, including GSM signal strength, backup battery level, event history, alerts, and location.
